Welcome to Nestor AI! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, dashboard, and embedded AI chatbot services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nestor AI.
Provide accurate information when creating your account.
You are responsible for your account's confidentiality and activity.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not use Nestor AI for spam, illegal activity, or impersonation.
Misuse or abuse may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Subscription & Billing

Nestor AI includes a 30-day free trial. Continued access requires an active Stripe subscription. Failure to pay may restrict dashboard access.

4. Intellectual Property

The platform’s UI, chatbot logic, and brand are owned by Nestor AI. You may not resell or repackage the platform without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nestor AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages, downtime, or data loss.

6. Modifications to Service

We may update or remove features at any time. Major changes will be communicated via email or dashboard alerts.
